Hello<br>I have had problems with my mac not recognizing the disc like that. If you dont have a mac key board eject disk command button (the triangle button) you can use a keyboard shorcut like command F15 or command 12. If the triangle button doesnt work you can restart it and hold down the trangle button when your mac is restarting and the disk will eject during the boot up. Good luck C

When I put in my Printshop disk, the computer made a whirring sound and the CD did not show on the desktopnor does Printshop recognize the disk is there. Apple help said to look for a small hole near the disk opening and insert a paper clip. I can't find a hole. Is there any way I can get the disk out by myself? I would really appreciate suggestions.
