<div>you shouldn't have any problems since Apple/Mac has a strong
presence in the creative world = go to their website/store and see the
brands there and you'll see what Apple at least thinks works well but
really any camera will work...the Q is to put the pics into the
computer...you'll either need direct connection [uSB is pretty
standard] or a card reader which is fairly inexpensive and portable
and can take more than one type of connection plus not wear out the
camera batteries...</div>

I have another question. We are looking for a digital camera for
our college age son. He doesn't care much about zoom. We
think we have a good grasp on the megapixels. My question is
this: are there any digital cameras that will not be compatible
with his iBook? Are there any we should not consider? We
want to stay under $200, preferably under $150 or thereabouts.
He can buy a more expensive one when he's out of school. When I
ask sales people about Mac compatibility no one seems to know
much..... if anything.<br>
