It has Superdrive, 512 MB RAM, and is OS X. We setup everything right when we got on...Access #'s, etc. When we tried to connect, it said that Authentication Failed. My brother found out there was something actually wrong with the actual account (My MSN one). We set up a NetZero one, (the email I am on now) and installed the program. When we tried to connect from the Mac connections, it would dial with the tone, and say Authentication failed again.
