Put it on the web site and let people download it when they want instead 
of putting it in their email :-)

If you send it out as one email with everyone in the BCC it will only 
get uploaded once. The recipients most likely have an asymmetric 
Internet connection so they can download 5 times-10 times faster than 
you can upload also.
