It looks like I am the only remaining officer and I will be having 
medical procedures instead of attending the meeting.

I suggest that those assembled look at the alternatives:

	1. quit.
	2. drift along with no officers and no programming--just gab.
	3. Someone take the responsibility of giving leadership and 
get something going.

We have had a lot of #2 with occasional bursts of leadership under 
#3--thanks to all who have tried.
I do not have the personality nor the skills to take on #3--I am best 
as Sect. or treas. So it is up to those assembled.

Someone please post to the list what happens in the meeting.
