[DM-MUG] Entourage problem

 I have four items all identical in my Entourage e-mail trash.  I have not
idea how they got there.
Text on the four items is written in red; the subject says "Ken"; the
categories section says "None"
Nothing else in any other part of the messages.
I can't delete them, can't drag them to the trash or get rid of them.  I can
select other items in the trash and delete them.  But if I merely touch one
of the four items, Entourage locks up and quits.
Any suggestions?
