IPCop is a small secure Linux based Firewall/router system.

It can also handle wireless attached to it on a separate network  
interface.  This allows you to separate your wireless connections  
from your internal wired network for improved security.

It is secure.  Easy to set-up.  Easy to update.  Loads of  
configuration options via a web interface.  It just works.  Mine has  
been up 62 days and I had to restart it then due to an update (which  
you can due via it's web interface).

If you want to get fancy, it has plug-ins that can filter mail for  
spam & viri but you would need a faster machine to do this...
