[DM-MUG] how do I disable sharing in Leopard?

Go to Finder Preferences and unclick the Sharing checkboxes. However,
the most fun way is to drop a nice note about security inside the
share with a nice title such as "Turn Off Sharing" or "I can see
you!" I'll bet they disappear.
I've often thought of printing embarrassing (but not risque) material
to the shared printer in my area. Nothing says insecure like a few
sheets of Police Most Wanted (for tech crimes) posters on your newly
set up Wi-Fi enabled printer.
