[DM-MUG] Desktop problem

Further information received from the customer:
OSX
Doesn't occur when I use Entourage.  Occurs when I open attachments from my
Mediacom e-mail program.
In Firefox, at the bottom of the Downloads screen it says: All files
downloaded to Desktop.
I just don't see where to change that.  Even if I could automatically
download them into a specific file on the desktop, just to manage them, that
would be workable.
