[DM-MUG] Desktop problem

A couple questions:
How does your customer view her email? Using Mail.app, Entourage,
Thunderbird or some other mail client? Or is this webmail (like Yahoo mail)
via a web browser? (Which browser?)

Which version of Mac OS is she using: Leopard, Tiger, Panther, Jaguar? Some
older Mac OS?

Have you tried the quick fixes like repairing permissions, or resetting
Safari?

Any other information that we can use to track this problem down?
