Thank you all for your valuable input. What a valuable resource you  
are. I am using a Elements external hard drive (Western Digital). I  
tried SuperDuper and it gave me a message saying it was not formatted  
for Macintosh and that I should erase the hard drive!!!!!!. I guess I  
need to buy another ext hard drive since I have lots of video files.  
Any other way I can get around this?
