[DM-MUG] MAC address

On another list someone mentioned using the Mac Address for access to 
their wireless router. You can set this in Access Control in the 
Airport utility to certain Mac Addresses. My question is: if I enter 
the Mac Address of our two machines would these be the only computers 
which could access the Airport? If so would a password for the 
network be needed?
