[DM-MUG] Installing Leopard

Hi. I'm new to the forum. I just bought Leopard and was instructed to  
clone my hard drive before installing the new OS. I was told about a  
web-site that had the name, Shirt...something that would walk me  
through the process. Also, is a clean install the best way to go to  
eliminate any unnecessary remnants of Tiger or is this a problem???
