[DM-MUG] Next year's officers.

There are all sorts of reasons to attend a meeting. I enjoy the
topics, and just the company that I've gotten to know over the years.
But I go to fewer than 1/2 the meetings because it really is a chore
to break away from the family on school nights. Having to pay to
attend the meetings would be another reason to stay home.

Let's say there are ten meetings a year, ten people at each meeting,
and we charge $1 for attendance. That's $100. Or maybe we charge $10
a year for membership and have 25 different members for a total of
$250. I'd like to hear what the group would do with that money -- in
effect what I get for my $10 that I don't get right now. I bet you
have an exciting vision, but since I didn't go to the January meeting
I missed hearing about it.
