[DM-MUG] Boot Camp and Windows

I need mostly ability to download books/documents I can't access with Mac,
and movies/documentaries, possibly games.

Is it legal to sell used software, and if so does anyone have an XP they'd
like to sell? I bought one last year and it turned out to be defective but I
didn't find out until it was too late.
