[DM-MUG] Message size.

The mail list will not immediately send out a message that is too  
big.  The list moderator has to approve the message before it goes  
out to everyone on the list.  I assume Ray is a list moderator and is  
getting notifications of large messages coming in, which asks him to  
tack action on the message (reject it, or let it through).
