[DM-MUG] Message size.

Hi everybody.

I have a problem with the mailing list which you need to be aware of. 
There is a 40 KB size limit for messages to the list. For many of us 
this is essential because some are still on dial up connections. Any 
large message takes an extremely long time to download and ties up 
the phone line. This is not acceptable. If you want to give the list 
a lot of graphics and information post it to a web site and let us 
know the URL. I will not approve these sized messages but will reject 
them.
