[DM-MUG] For the stack haters in the audience...

Y'know, the true usefulness of this whole "Stacks" thing assumes that
people like or need 1" or larger Dock icons on their screen (if you
do that's fine with me, just don't ask me to use your computer for
any length of time). For those of us normally running 12+
simultaneous apps and/or barely have a visible Dock to begin with,
it's a complete waste of development. I'm also vehemently opposed to
Dock Magnification as it makes trying to actually click on a Dock
icon much more difficult and--one of Apple's recent trends--destroys
formerly strongly-held GUI guidelines that indicate that one should
already know where to go to click on something intuitively.
Magnification ALWAYS moves the icons...but then again so does the
Dock itself by merely opening apps, which is another huge efficiency
blunder. Oh well, it's pretty.

Once I am forced to use Leopard on a daily basis, I'll be downloading
something to render the new Dock ineffective, which will conversely
be MORE effective for me. I'd also like to see ZFS as a default
option, but I may have to wait longer than I'd like for that.
