Here's some news direct from Apple support: Parallels is not compatible with
Bootcamp.

Interestingly, when I trashed it (Parallels) along with something I have
long suspected of being a problem, a software program called limewire, the
temperature of the memory controller actually nosedived about 30 degrees,
with the graphics processors and the cpu temperature diaode decreasing
visably.

The noise is still there, but it's not from the fans running--its some kind
of processing noise. I was on-line with apple for an hour, mostly on hold,
then was disconnected in transfer to a specialist, so I couldn't find out
what, if anything, they can do about the noise. But at least the heat
situation is better.

Anybody want to buy my Parallels Software, cheap?
