[DM-MUG] Can't get extension for OS 9.1

The problem might have to do with the USB drive you using to move the  
file (since the USB drive is probably formatted as FAT32).  Did you  
copy the file from the USB drive before trying to install it?

There also might be some extension settings that need to be changed  
on the OS 9 machine.  A URL to the installer you are trying to use  
would be a big help.
