[DM-MUG] [Admin] Duplicates, unsubscribing and adding members

NO, Ray, there is a good reason for duplicate users, and there is a  
mechanism that allows for you to have multiple addresses with only 1  
getting mail. If you are getting duplicate mail, use that link and  
set the one you don't want to "no mail" it will let you post from  
that address but will not deliver messages. If people delete all  
their "no-mail" entries, every time they decide to post from one of  
those accounts we'll get moderation requests.

I will say this is a good reminder for folks, that most of their  
subscription administration can be done by themselves at that address.

AGAIN: Do not delete entries for accounts you may find yourself  
posting from (<cough> Victoria) - right now 99% of what we get in  
admin requests is spam, and easily dealt with - if it's all spam, if  
people start making legit posts from accounts they've un-listed,  
it'll make it more difficult to keep the list admin'ed.
