If the group gets hosting which offers PHP and MySQL we might be able to
install a package such as Drupal ( http://www.drupal.org ) or Joomla(
http://www.joomla.org ).  I set up the AmesMUG web site (
http://www.amesmug.org/ ) with Drupal and created the custom template. 
This way you can edit content through the web browser from anywhere as
well as delegate different privileges to different people.  I may be able
to help with setting that stuff up in my spare time.
