[DM-MUG] IP printing problems..

Are you talking abut remote printing via the internet?
If you're talking about printing from the outside, you need to get
your router to route packets for the port that IPP operates on (631
iirc) to the static IP you have for the printer server. It's really
likely that your mac network and printer are on a private (ips
starting in either 10. or 129.168.) network and the router is doing
simple NAT (this is the usual method). Sorry if you're talking about
something else.
