CSI in Nevada will do even smaller quantities if you are satisfied 
with them copying them and imprinting the disk. I recently had them 
quote 10 but bought 15 and the price was less then $3 for copying to 
a DVD, printing the front(provide a jpg) and a slim jewel box. It 
will be a higher price if you have them create a master and press it 
for you.
