[DM-MUG] External Harddrives

check whatever software you plan to use for compatibility.
i like superduper, but found only after i picked up a western digital  
drive for my folks' computer (to make a clone back-up)
that superduper lists some drives and doesn't guarantee compatibility  
with all.
i tried it anyway with the unlisted drive i'd purchased and it didn't  
work.  so i have to try some other software.
