[DM-MUG] Need Sioux City based answer if possible

Received this in the President's email and am asking if others here 
may have an answer.


Hi,
My name is Jean Rice. I live in Tucson, AZ. I belong to AMUG in 
Phoenix. My grandson lives in Sioux City, IA. He has my husbands old 
Strawberry iMac. He has it running but would like to get high- speed 
internet. Is that possible for him with that machine? I can't help 
him. I don't know. I have a feeling he might need an old Airport base 
station.

Are there any Mac people in Sioux City? or could he call you and 
someone there give him some help over the phone. He has been an 
"other" computer user. He is quite computer knowledgeable. or should 
he just forget it?

I'm writing to you because I hoped there would be someone in Iowa 
that he could contact.
