[DM-MUG] locking a plug in

Hi,

My one year old grand-daughter has decided that unplugging my heavy 
duty surge protector is great fun. I have found a device to prevent 
this(at ToysR us) but it is too small for the cord on the surge 
protector. I cannot seem to find what I want so--any ideas as to 
where it might be found?
