That sounds like the sort of message that reminds one to count blessings.
Still, (to continue whining) I don't understand why I have to pay in the
neighborhood of $2,000 for a machine that I have to use work-a-rounds in
order to use, and I don't want to do the keyboard and mouse thing because
writers are persnickety--ya' gotta' have your set-up be "just right." For
instance, I know one writer who can't write on anything except a old
non-electric typewriter. If I could trade up for a 42" screen with a
keyboard and mouse from an easy chair, THAT might do the trick. :-)
However, after using the fan download over the course of a day, I have seen
a significant reduction in core and other temps, and overall a lower temp
on the handrest area, I am more likely to put up with the noise from the fan
than I am from the heat, so thanks to you for the suggestion.
Even so, the left handrest is STILL heats up more than is comfortable at
times so if anyone comes up with a further solution for that, please let me
know.
Thanks again for the info about the fan.
