Since none of the officers were present and the election was 
essential the person who was most recently an officer --Jon Thompson 
- held the election for new officers. Since no one else volunteered 
the following were elected for the next year:

	Victoria L Henning -  President
	Holly Welch  - Vice-President
	Ray Bowler  -  Secretary
	David Weis - Treasurer.

Thanks Jon for the help.

The question about membership was raised and it was explained that 
anyone who attended or was on the mailing list was a member. No one 
present knew how many subscribers we have.

Jon the presented the group with some free programs.

One is SLife which displays how the computer has been used. Basically 
a time management tool.

Applejack was mentioned as tool used when booting with the command 
key and "s" pressed. It will do some helpful maintenance from the 
command line.

OnyX is used to do some maintenance tasks and to configure the system.

ChatFX adds some elements to iChat including tabs to keep track of 
several chats at the same time.

Cepstral Voices adds voices to the speech function of Apple.

Mighty Mouse allows the user to customize the mouse.

Growl notifies the user about what is happening with the programs on 
their computer.
