[DM-MUG] odd Q ref rectangle on my screen

The preview rectangle is there for the users that have handicaps.  A  
nearly blind individual may not be capable of seeing the mouse when  
fully zoomed out.  However, the high contrast of the box not only  
shows where the mouse is, but the part of the screen that the user is  
going to look at.
