[DM-MUG] Options ref. CPU for Server

hmmm  - now I am confused.

I have a PowerMac G5 Dual 2 GHZ and am thinking of upgrading that, 
selling it and or using it as a server or getting something as a 
server = =not for photo stuff, that's what a MacPro would be for = 
but for the other stuff and I wouldn't need all that much space, -- 
the Mini might do what I want, less expensively and if I can sell the 
G5 adn get the MP Intel that would be good!  I'm just trying to make 
sure of what it is I want to do.  No rush, just planning for the fall.
