The G5 Powermac would be all that you need, assuming that you do
replace it as a workstation with a Mac Pro.
Since you don't have more than four computers connecting to it, you
can get by with Mac OS X Client. Any more than four, and you'll have
to pony up for the OSXS. However, if you have more than four
computers, OSXS has some nice management features too.
