[DM-MUG] Options ref. CPU for Server

I am thinking of having a dedicated server and to use my desktop and
to have staff use her iMacG5 to access the data rather than have the
data on my desktop and her iMac. I have old Cubes, but think those
wouldn't be large enough and fast enough. I have a G5 Powermac but
am thinking of getting rid of it to get a MacPro for the photography.
I don't need another monitor/display so don't need another iMac.
Assuming the Server CPU wouldn't need alot of things that I have on
my machine and the iMac, but data mostly, I would think a harddrive
around 200G would be okay.

Is there any way to do this? I think the Mini won't take more than a
160G inside and it's limited in utility. I don't want something that
is too big.

Any suggestion?
