I've removed the Input Manager folder. Is that the only location for  
the plugin? Or was there more than just the .bundle file?

Smart Crash Reports is an Input Manager by Unsanity and Input Managers
are considered the Root of all Evil by some.  Remove the Smart Crash
Reports plugin, reboot, then try your export again.  If you take this
problem to Apple, that's the very first thing they're going to tell
you to do anyways.
