Perhaps you should re-evaluate your use of Windows.  For what do you
depend on a Microsoft OS?  Are there Open Source alternatives
available?  If there are, you may be better served (especially
financially) going with a FOSS (Free Open Source Software) alternative
running under Parallels or natively under OS X.

Sorry if I'm being a bit "perpendicular" to the query, but I've pretty
much eschewed Windows personally (unfortunately, not professionally),
so I think that way.
