[DM-MUG] Parallels vs Boot Camp

BootCamp is closer to a real PC. For example, graphics in Parallels
is slower than BootCamp. Parallels also had a bug where USB devices
(especially drives) would behave in unexpected ways. They have since
fixed this issue via a free update.

On the other hand, Parallels is much more convenient. You can use
Windows in a Window, Windows Full Screen, or Windows applications
right next to your Mac applications (almost like native apps) via
Coherence. Parallels also can take less drive space since it's images
are resizable. BootCamp uses fixed partition sizes, which are not
easy to modify.

There are some features in Parallels that let it work with a BootCamp
system, so as far as the install format, BootCamp might be a better
option. I have not tested these, so I don't know how well it works.

I use Parallels on my MacBook. It works well the majority of the time.
