[DM-MUG] Program Survey

The last time I asked for responses with names, I got 2. I already  
have 17. I'll deal with the "who can do what" when the programs are  
set up. Gee, Chris, after 36 years of teaching, I AM mind reader! I  
always knew what those kids were thinking!!

Thanks to all the people who have already filled out the survey! I am  
getting a lot of helpful information!!!
