I've dealt with a lot of companies support departments. Alsoft
delivered one gem recently that I wanted to share with the list. It's
the last response to a multiple question e-mail that we'd been
passing back-and-forth for the last week. Not only is the information
useful to potential buyers of the software (saving me two purchases
at their expense), but indicative of their attention to detail
(answering ALL of my questions in the e-mail), and overall
helpfulness. As you may be able to tell, I'm a big fan.
