I think having Q&A for opening of meeting, 15 or 30 min., would be
great ice breaker, a way to get to know other people at the meeting,
to learn from others and to let new folks to the Mac ask Q in
friendly place for answers...and old hands at the Mac to share info
or knowledge in general.
It might help to sort of have an agenda = we don't have minutes so
can dispense with that, and we don't have treasury, so can dispense
with that, so it might be
welcome from Alan at Haddock [not everyone may know him, esp. if
there are new people at meetings]
old business - if there is any, this is a good place to discuss
issues that popped up last time
new business
a 15-30 Q&A session = one or two people would moderate or
take the Q or come up with Q and then ask those in group who can
answer...
The program - that really would leave about 45-60 min. for
program - whoever gives the program should do what John K. did
afterward, do a short synopsis for the reading public, many of whom
can't make the meetings
Anything else to ask about or discuss - topics which can be dealt
with at the next meeting under 'old' business.
