Hey there Victoria,

I recently had to deal with this - how to set up vid chat with  
windoze people. The solution that I settled on was a product called  
SightSpeed. Free versions of the vid chat software are available for  
win and mac. Works fairly well between me and my kid's grandparents. :)

I was also planning on checking out the new version of Skype that  
just came out for mac. Version 2.0 includes video support and Skype  
is available for win systems. That might be worth a look too.
