[DM-MUG] Document Slipped into Dock

Drag it out of the Dock. Simple as that! Alternately, you can click  
and hold (or press Control and click) on the Dock icon and it should  
give you a menu that offers some other options. Under Tiger you have  
the option to remove it. Honestly, dragging it out is simpler though.
