[DM-MUG] Problems mounting and accessing LaCie 60G external drive

I have a LaCie 60G Porsche drive that worked in the past, has its own 
power adapter and it has data on it.  I tried to access it both with 
my iMacG5 and MBP and it won't mount on desktop.  I run Disk First 
Aid and it says:  Invalid Volume Header, Underlying Task Reported 
Failure on Exit, says there is an invalid key length, that the volume 
needs repair but don't repair it.  I tried on both the iMacG5 and the 
MBP -- I don't think Diskwarrior has yet been upgraded to work on 
intel, so what next?

[I did find my 3.0.3 DW disk and it won't work with the HD - step 5 
of localizing directory data stops and doesn't finish, 'speed 
inhbiited by disk malformation' - nor will Tech Tool]
