[DM-MUG] How to fix OS X Help Viewer

Hi Everyone,

The problem - launching Help Viewer opens a Connect to Server dialog  
on top of the Help Viewer window.
The System - An OS X box (10.4.6)
Other information - only happens on one user's account not others on  
the same system.
I've tried - removing all System and User preferences and caches  
related to Help Viewer but no joy.

Any thoughts much appreciated.
