[DM-MUG] .mac sites and PC users

The easiest way is for Windows users to download the iDisk Uility for
Windows, but Victoria is right about the WebDAV thing.  I have several
problems accessing WebDAV content from my computer at work, but that is due
to network configuration problems, and not specifically Windows related.
