I'm a member of several groups, in one the job of the VP/vicechair is 
to present programs and to find speakers and topics.  In another 
there is a member whose job it is to do the same and to call upon 
members to present a program -- I don't think it's too much to ask 
one of our officers to take this duty on, to poll the membership ref. 
interests and topics and then to ask people to take 10-15 to present 
and then open up to Q....
