I use Word too, but it sounded like your problem was more printer- 
related. It's difficult to troubleshoot over-the-wire 'cause we never  
hear half of the info necessary in most cases.

Word does not use Apple-std. key commands. I LOVE Apple's standard  
key commands and they save me a ton of time—cmd-arrow, option-arrow  
and forward-delete by word (opt.-fwd. del) specifically. So, I  
recently switched to Pages for my envelopes (just to get off M$ for  
the last thing I use Word for in the office). I imported my Word  
Envelope Template into Pages, did a very small tweak on the page  
size, adjusted the Page Setup and I now have a new standard for my  
envelopes. Incidentally, I haven't had any trouble printing labels  
with Address Book, but that's a little different. I'll have to look  
to see if Pages can mail merge from Address Book. That would be  
awesome! If so, Word say Bye-bye!
