[DM-MUG] matte or glossy

Holly,
I have always had a matte screen till now. My new MacBook Pro came with a
glossy finish.
I think glossy is better when watching videos and playing games. The screen
is brighter and the glare doesn't matter that much and the display is
brighter.
Matte is better at doing regular work like surfing the web and emails and
writing text when you really stare at the screen and don't like any glare.
That's my two cents.
