Holly,

Thanks. Your presentation Tues. motivated me to try some new ideas
which came from what you said. I played a little with iMovie but
decided that I could skip it for my present project. So I
concentrated on iDVD. Bryan and Jon get special thanks because they
pointed out that my blurring on the TV was a resolution problem. I
ran a trial and the TV pictures are as vivid as the originals by
converting them to a resolution of 600.

If you want the details:

In Photoship Elements 3 I entered a description of each picture. I
then processed the folder to a different folder sing the description
as a caption and changing resolution to 600. At that time I just
imported them to iPhoto and put them in an album. Then I opened iDVD
as a new project, choose a plain theme, selected "Map", in Media I
selected the album in iPhoto and dropped it into the "play when
opened" folder. I played it and it looked good so I burned it and on
the TV it looks very good. I may play around with iMovie and see if
I can liven it up but for the present this shows that I know how to
get what I want.
