Even though I couldn't be at last night's meeting I appreciate the
direction that the group seems to be taking.

One of my "other" passions is photography. In April I attended Nikon
School in KC and it was fantastic, two days of hands on learning
presented by two well known national photographers. Nearly 300 in
attendance per day. Which leads me to this thought: I would love to
attend a two day intensive "workshop" in Des Moines focussing on the
iLife suite. I believe we have the people in the area that could
provide the help that most of us are looking for and make some money
for themselves. Several years ago Comp USA offered such courses at
night but it was always in Omaha which made it impossible for me to
attend but I did think it was a great idea. I know we have the
expertise in the DM area to make this happen, now I just wish someone
(with the expertise) would step forward and make this happen.
