[DM-MUG] CD stuck

I hope someone can help me.   I have an iMac without a disk tray.   When I 
put in my Printshop disk, the computer made a whirring sound and the CD did not 
show on the desktopnor does Printshop recognize the disk is there.   Apple 
help said to look for a small hole near the disk opening and insert a paper clip. 
  I can't find a hole.   Is there any way I can get the disk out by myself?   
I would really appreciate suggestions.   TIA Dora Ward
